REALITY... the topic of the week. We can't help but realize that some of the most popular reality TV shows are about behind the scenes of the "real" women of whatever. So, we would like to jump on board and show you a behind the scenes introduction of the REAL BARISTA-TENDERS of Spirit Animal Coffee Co.!
BRITTANY
Brittany is our founder and marketing director, but she thoroughly enjoys her time behind the bar. As the face, and attitude, of our company, our customers have come to expect to come in and experience the sass! Brittany has a strong personality which fits perfectly since she prefers her coffee and alcohol just as strong! Brittany is an outgoing people-pleaser who is often found distracted by an interesting customer or planning our next big event. Brittany is also easily bribed by a hilarious meme, hence our tradition of Meme Monday.
TANIA
Tania is our General Manager, who can be found working almost always. She puts in way too many hours, and is way underpaid for what she actually does around here! (Do not tell her that, she makes up for it in drinks!) Tania is kind-hearted and would do anything for anyone, but she is not afraid to lay down the law. Unlike Brittany, Tania enjoys a wee bit of coffee in her creamer but has a whole lot of sass in her attitude.
CHELSEY

Angel is our day-shift lead with an addiction to natural. She is a bit of a hippie with a sassy side. Angel is actually Brittany's older sister and Brittany thoroughly enjoys being her boss. Angel is a mother to two free-spirited daughters, who you will often see wondering our original location in Eau Claire, WI. Angel has huge opinions and a vast amount of useless knowledge. Ask her anything, she will probably have an answer for you!
ANNIE
Annie! Annie! What a bucket of nuts! Annie, drive-thru guru, is a wiz at whipping together unique drinks in a jiffy. Annie has been with us since day one and knows the ins and outs of our brand like the back of her hand. Annie is a handful, with her outgoing personality and limited filter. Annie is proudly our most warned Barista-tender as she tends to get herself in trouble with her sassy responses.
CHELSEY
Chelsey is our IT director and our most popular night-shift bartender. Chelsey is the youngest of the Marticorena sisters currently employed with Spirit Animal Coffee Co. and came to us with way more experience than we deserves. Chelsey has had a long history of customer service, IT, and bartending. Chelsey is most likely to have a quick & witty comeback and trust me, you will not see it coming! She seems quiet and reserved at first, but once she is comfortable she will be the first one dancing on the bar!
